Is it possible to be HTN/CL with a “recessed maxilla”?

I am wasian, with 50% of East Asian decent and 50% British. For an Asian I would say I have a relatively prominent maxilla, as Asians generally have flatter mid faces than westerners due to the positioning of the maxilla. My maxilla has moderate forward growth, or can be deemed mildly recessed in comparison to westerners. Is this a limitation on whether I can reach HTN or CL?

Are there any examples of HTN or CL with a flatter maxilla?

i don’t think so, i was able to ascend immensely from boneless cuck to prettyboy htn BUT i have a 50mm palate with enough forward growth for enough room for a SECOND SET OF WISDOM TEETH according to my dentist. it depends if your maxilla is just flat or actually recessed though, if its a bit flat you can but actual recession caps you super hard
