The last months i was really shredded/skinny. I only ate 2200-2300 calories. Was 68kg at 178cm.
Now since 3 weeks i am training intense with 2400-2500 calories. I only gained 1kg so far, but my belly is extremely bloated/big and it seems like my body is more fluffy/fat. Maybe its water? I am also farting a lot
Today i ate 2400 calories, 150 protein, 300 carbs and 62 fats.
Any ideas?
