Is it possible to make your iris smaller?

To give illusion of a higher pfl, i believe big iris makes your pfl appear smaller when it actually isn't, also vice versa could be true, small iris can make your pfl appear higher than it is when it actually isn't. So is there a way to decrease iris size?

basic biology, your iris gets smaller when you are in a dark enviroment. i dont think you can do anything more.

You confuse Iris with pupil.
The Iris never changes in size. Only the pupil does
