Ive been trying for a couple months. Ive smoked since 2019 and then moved onto vaping since 2022 and I can't seem to quit. I always give in around the 24 hour mark. Can anyone give there advice and experience? Has anyone here successfully quit nicotine before?

Nicotine is keyed. One of the best nootropics out there with the potential to provide greater cognitive gains as time progresses. You're weak for abusing it tho.

i started using it because i use to smoke weed and then eventually i just started smoking straight tabaco out of a bong then it grew to smoking although i was a light smoker 3 a day mostly i then started vaping whilst i worked so i could provide the means to keep my habit going. what is your advice?

get rid of any nicotine containing product, this is probably the most hardest part for you, then put all the money you save to spend on nicotine in a savings account, it takes 21 days to permanently break a habit so control yourself for the month and you should stop

I worked 60 hours a week and saved nearly everything for 6 m months. I am far from weak
So, you can leave nicotine after all, I conclude.
