Yes, but the raw egg whites have avidin and it inhibits biotin greatly. Biotin is important for skin, nails, hair and etc.
It shouldnt be a problem, just do not eat too much of it over time.

Avidin is 90% inactive at room temp.
Most retards refrigerate their eggs, hence the avidin becomes a problem.
You should always keep your eggs in the pantry, or simply on your kitchen bench.
It’s just like cream/milk, it’s optimal to leave it out for 24 hours at room temperature before consumption, it will digest a hell of a lot easier.

I’m in the US, eggs are washed, so bad to leave out. Would putting the eggs in front of the heater have the same effect as leaving them out? Haha
