Is it safe to use modafinil with a hormonal imbalence?

Does modafinil impact hormones in any way? I have a hormonal imbalance and high blood sugar levels. Is it safe to take modafinil?

no, all it might do is decrease your appetite. It is dopaminergic in nature and messes with certain neural clusters in your hypothalamus. To be safe, you could start with a 50mg dose, then 100, then 150 (u shouldn't need more than that for full benefits). I take 50-100 2-3x a week and its enough, but I am also a strong responder to dopaminergic drugs and amphetamines (weak responder to GABA drugs)
