idk if its even possible my dad managed to grow 7 cm taller at the age of 17/19 while hes dad is 170 and hes mom is 165. Late puberty?? Whatever he did back when he was younger (me and my dad are both 177)

Depends, you can grow even at 18-19 if your growth plates are open it's all about growth plates which are determined by genetics, and early nutrient and hormones
