idk if its even possible my dad managed to grow 7 cm taller at the age of 17/19 while hes dad is 170 and hes mom is 165. Late puberty?? Whatever he did back when he was younger (me and my dad are both 177)

its still possible to grow around 1 to 2 cm at 17, especially if your growth plates havent fully closed yet

most guys finish growing somewhere between 16 to 20, so you might still have a bit left in the tank

good sleep, solid nutrition, and not skipping meals or protein can help you make the most of whatever growth youve got left, but its mostly genetics.

Depends, you can grow even at 18-19 if your growth plates are open it's all about growth plates which are determined by genetics, and early nutrient and hormones
