Is it worth me getting DJS/double osteotomy

I have consulted 2 maxfax surgeons and they said both my lower jaw and upper jaw could be moved forward, and chin brought down as well to balance out my profile. Ik jaw surgery is a bitch but just wanted a second opinion on whether you think it is worth it to get a profile like the edited one in pic 3? Cos part of me thinks well my worst flaws are unfixable eg eye area, general assumetry etc

Cba for HT, and my skin isn’t that bad . I’d rather focus on actual dentofacial surgery cos it’s permanent, don’t rly see the point of a temp thing like hair transplant

I really hope this is a larp because if those are your actual thoughts, it's over for you. You will never be more than 3/10 appeal until you get a hair transplant and hop on tret, even if you get every dentofacial surgery possible.
