is it worth supplementing vitamin k2

basically done most looksmaxes, so now just refining diet/making routine better etc

i do supp vit d3 12000 iu since i have 0 sun here in the uk and k2 mk7 250mcg

is mk4 better than mk7? (i hear conflicting info on this)
ideal dosage?
