Is jaw implant necessary?

Ive had people tell me to add jaw angles to my surgery plan(trimax, rhinoplasty and infra implanrs). But I honestly feel like my damus isnt the issue rather its just downward growth hopefully countered with ccwr as well as genio and bsso will improve gonial angle. Am i right or delusional?

You could already see contour around your jaw. I doubt you'll need it post djs. I had no jawline and got a sharp one post trimax.

Yes ofc but ive heard that some things like gummy smiles and like my lip incompetence aren’t necessarily health but clear signs that there is health issues so i might complain abt that stuff to surgeon

It was partially covered cus I went to an out of network. Especially since recently a coworker got botched pretty bad with an in network one so u didn't want to cheap out on something vital.
