NO, I feel like shit every time I wake up. It’s appealing but for my personal perspective on it, it sucks ass.

Put on like a pounds or two of fat untill you dont feel like shit

Then get those 5pc multi injectors and inject aqualyx into the lower waist and such places you want minimal fat

Bloodwork deficits???
Maybe I haven’t gotten it done recently. But I also work like 70 hours a week. So the stress I hold onto might be causing some of the ill feelings on top of being lean and eating minimal. Just to get by the day without spending too much money

You did it for a reason, now telling others not to? Of course he should fucking leanmaxx… just do it at a 5-700 calorie deficiet and 1 cardio session on top of weight lifting. eat high satiety protein foods, nurri protein shakes, and drink water.. you won’t feel bad losing the weight this way. Don’t do 1k calories less.. that is what’ll make you feel like shit. Do it over 3-8 months depending on bf level and you’ll be good

Jus hop on TRT than problem solved
also adding a therapeutic dose of HGH (like 1-2 IU) everyday in the morning helps as well in terms of feeling a tad bit better on a cut while maintaining as much muscle as possible if you where without it

how is this achievable
reverse diet to maintenance once you get lean
the issue is everyone binges or rebounds at the end of their diet because they were cutting way too fucking fast
the strat to actually cut and stay lean for life is to master eating at maintenance first for a couple weeks, then remove 200 cals and get 10k steps a day. when you have that down for a couple weeks, remove another 100 cals and add another 1000 steps and repeat a few times until you're lean
retards never practice the skill of cutting then wonder why they can't stick to their diet. It's a SKILL. you have to progressive overload it like the gym

this plus following gym routine for framemaxxing is possible? have you done it? im a lil bit concerned about bodybuilding because i think u cant build muscle on a deficit

Head does NOT work well with body type, but leanmaxxijg is sure as hell the way to go lmfao u look plus feel guud unless ur as lean as sub 10% body fat

still learning nigga suck my balls and spit on it
ok ill give you an actual answer

mechanical tension (tension on the muscle) plus motor unit recruitment (how many muscle fibers your nervous system is activating) causes muscle growth

notice i didn't say calories cause muscle growth

the reason why people build more muscle in a bulk usually is because higher carbs allows them to recover better for the next workout and supports the nervous system, allowing them to push harder (more motor unit recruitment and mechanical tension), more food means more nutrients which makes them feel better and supports hormonal health, more protein guarantees you're never under maximum muscle building potential on protein, etc.

but if you get high ass carbs, nutrient dense foods, low but quality fats and decent protein, there is literally no difference between a bulk and cut for muscle building. Moderate (not large) deficit plus nutrient dense foods plus carbmax plus .8g protein/lb bodyweight (more is a waste even in a cut except for satiety) plus low ass fat (but quality animal fats to support hormones). I hit PRs weekly even in my cuts. The issue is its hard to do all that within restricted calories if you have any wasted/low nutrient dense foods at all.

"why should i listen to you" I look like this with shit lighting, decide accordingly. still got 6 weeks/10 lbs of cutting to go
