i'm wagecucking for surgery so i'm serious about it but in theory how much more would it benefit someone compared to a normal lefort

We can only answer with speculation, because there are so few examples of LF3 performed on people without massive deformities. My guess is that the visual differences between the two would be moderate at most. LF1 can improve eye area on its own, for instance.

Even if you could get lefort 3, don’t. It’s too brutal a surgery and you do not need it at all. Modified lefort 3 would be better though than standard lefort 3
