are they even worth my time and effort training?
i could be spamming some lateral raises instead of making my calf bigger
 
very i train my glutes to use them as stress balls + women apparently love fat ass men i think?

Yes it’s important, if you don’t train legs it spillover’s to your upper body gains.

but don’t want to do like hip thrusts (the best ass exercise) in gym cos everyone with think your a fag.
so idk best way to train it efficiently

Your legs help a lot with upper body movements and will help make more gains for your upper body which is the main goal anyways to look jacked. I do 4 max leg excerises though because most of the ones i do hit my hamstrings a lot, I do Squats and Deadlifts (Alternating every 2 weeks), Good Mornings, RDL’s, Leg Presses, and Leg Curls

t is increased from any muscle but because legs are largert its increased the most
the increase is a spike in t, not prolonged so will have no affect on anything

True but u can get 15 to 1 hour boost from squats, i sometimes used to start with squats every single day (my legs got used to it) and then do other exercises for t boost
 
I just do stationary biking for legs
I store most of my fat on my legs and have somewhat wide hips
 
Leg workouts increase T levels more than any other muscle group. Worth it.

Its important to maximise your leg size. More muscle on your frame = easier it is to stay lean. Now imagine how much more muscle u can have on your frame if u train your legs hard. Legs are a massive muscle group with huge potential for growth.

No its not but you dont need to do squats, altought squats are great

Leg extensions can be loaded heavy and they work more than the quads, they also engage the hip flexors and abs a lot

add some hip hinge exercise like back extensions to build you glutes and hamstrings

leg extensions and back extensions are simple exercises, dont put stress on spine like back squats and you dont need to lose time and effort putting plates on the bar
