I've noticed that on on the left side of my face my lips and lower third are slightly tilting downwards. It's also causing my chin to be slightly uneven and not fully straight.

Is it because of my maxilla? And how can I fiix this?

No its because of asymmetrical jaw due to crooked teeth.

I can be caused by several reasons, maxilla, mandible, teeth, muscles, fat, genetic...

not always.

Is it fixable with braces? Would you recommend getting them even if the braces push backwards?

Caused by scoliosis more often than not

There's this face yoga method shit where you put a pencil between your first molars pulling the lips back and 'evening the mouth muscles' removing the asymmetry. I still don't know if it's cope or not
