It isnt when you’re young and in puberty but when your older it is cope

no, mewing is not cope, but it wont change anything if you do not have the assets for it in the first place

Mewing isnt cope but it takes time, consistency, and proper form. You’re young enough to see some results in a few years. Keep in mind that mewing is just proper tounge posture, no mouth breather is attractive. Pair mewing with other postural excercises and youll see proper growth. The easy and real route however, is a pallet expander.
