  1. Sunday = Lower Strength
  2. Monday = Upper Strength
  3. Tuesday = Lower Hypertrophy
  4. Wednesday = Upper Calisthenics
  5. Thursday = Lower Strength
  6. Friday = Upper Hypertrophy without Arm Isolations
  7. Saturday = Arm Hypertrophy

You need to pick exercises that help you deeply fatigue a specific muscle group by going to failure while using proper form, range of motion, and rep cadence.
They key to muscular hypertrophy is mechanical tension placed on the muscle and metabolic stress.

Your focus on training split shows your priorities are all fucked up you need to understand what grows muscle with regards to training, recovering, adapting, and nutrition.
