I'm 17 years old,6'2.5 and 70 kilograms. %10-%12 body fat right now without doing anything.
Will this stunt my growth? I ofc eat till i get full whenever i get hungry i dont cut calories,never did

if you arent letting your body go hungry it isnt gonna suffer if sleep is good overall

99% of stunted growth can come from a big cut even just 6 months can be horrid

i dont know really,my point is wherever my genetic takes me. i never optimised my puberty and im going to do it for the next 2 years as much as possible.
i'd probably grow a inch,i hope.

pretty much, if the foods arent total slop and you arent ignoring hunger cues think about it :feelsgood: your body doesnt NEED more could benefit from more a little but wont stunt growth

you need to relate back to dudes before the 2000s who grew up and are still 6.3 as a dad now with good bones, none of them thought of this and just ate when they were hungry so eat when you are hungry as a rule of thumb unless you are doing specific training

lets say i gymcel for a week lift hard press hard etc and i eat some food and I'm like, "Fuck, man, this isnt enough to recover" even if i feel full i will then force feed but besides that do not give it tm thought, even a measly 2-3 ius of hgh will help you be reassured this is NOT an issue

i take like 120-130 grams of protein in a day unless weekends,i eat a lot of fast food but some home meal tho.

salmon
tuna
ground beef
turkey burgers
ground turkey
steaks

are all your best friend but chicken is good also opt for protein pasta if you eat pasta to hit macros easier
