I had this in my notes for a few weeks and didnt really post it, iam still following the same plan but ive dropped down to 174lbs, just wanted to know if I should add other things or am I good as is? of course as my maintenance calories goes down I will decrease the amount of calories I consume gradually

Iam at 185lbs, iam consuming 1800 calores everyday, also eating around 150-180 grams of protien per day (from natural sources, mainly chicken breasts) while also limiting fat to under 50 grams (I just try not to consume to much fat), I consume carbs normally

I train 6 times a week (ppl) and I try to atleast walk 7000 steps a day

lower your training intensity to max 5 a week if you are on a cut and you are natural

Retatrutide is a good option if you're ever struggling on a cut.

you actually have a point, I was too sore to work out the first 2 weeks, because I absolutely destroyed my muscle groups, but they quickly adapted after. should I lower intensity because iam on a cut or is it because its too much?

I should've mentioned I have some prior working out experience so the muscle memory helps alot

I just eat a banana before working out LMAO, I never felt tired or weak before a workout but ive seen alot of peoples say to eat fast consumption carbs before a workout so I do it. I thought it was limit your fat to a certain degree but consume carbs as they come

Respect that.
If you do end up struggling though, lowering calorie deficit is viable too (For example going from a 600 calorie deficit to 300 calorie deficit)
