Is my cutting Strat good?

So ive been trying to cut for awhile with dnp but I stopped using as it was looking like I was just becoming smaller not leaner.

Im like 6'4 180 20% bf, im thinking doing fbeod gym split, on training days do 2000 calories of mostly carbs and enough protein with very low fat, then the 4 days a week im not training eating 700cals of just protein pretty much. im also on 500 test, I should lose around 3lbs of fat and gain maybe .5 lbs of lean mass weekly. do y'all think this is accurate and a good way I can get lean fast

im relatively new to lifting and on 500 test, on my training days ill have like 300g carbs so I should have energy even if not optimal
