I chewed a lot of hard gum, lifted, swam, and ate really clean diet with high red meat.

Weed and vaping will supress potential growht pathways but i smoke 1-2x a month, it's just low iq degen behavior. do addy instead.I
If u mew, chew hard, and train weights / sports u will ascend. jus lock in, for skin - i fixed it via diet too.
