Is my hgh fake?

Recently i have ordered from an Mexican site and they arrived i have been pinning 10iu a day 1-2 hours before sleep and every morning i only wake up with back pain and no water retention or whatsoever the hgh i got is from German labs called somatrope 50iu idk if i got scammed or i just need Patience cuz its my 3rd day pinning (15 y old)

Did the site provide lab tests for the purity of the hgh? Never buy hgh without lab tests, 95% chance every time its piss and rocks

Ensure the test wasn't faked by emailing the lab and asking if they actually worked with that lab.

Well its an actual lab that provides legit hgh but i bought from 3rd party site that resells their things i tried to validate the authentic code but the real site said not found also the hgh vials came weird looking like this:

Well its an actual lab that provides legit hgh but i bought from 3rd party site that resells their things i tried to validate the authentic code but the real site said not found also the hgh vials came weird looking like this: View attachment 4951956
