I already had bimax! As you can see my nose looks sunken and the Philtrum is not projected enough!

No I would say normal, not recessed, not great. Upper maxila is recessed, paranasal is recessed, but that is unaffected by bimax. Consider inplants if it bothers you. Otherwise ignore.

You have sunken skull at the lefort II fracture, idk if more projection would have looked better tbh. But why didn't you explore this before proceeding with the surgery.

You don't look bad in general though.

I had high LeFort 1. But it still didn’t address that

Well you won’t know what’s gonna happen post op. Like I thought everything would be resolved. Also thought getting high cut resolve the sunken nose

yeah I think the le fort 2 area of my face is sunken (like the distance between my nose and eyes should be more!)
I asked surgeon for doing a modified le fort 2 lol. But he said it’s persevered for syndromes cases and high le fort 1 is enough

And do you think you'll be happier?

if you ascend and get better maxilla projection?Personally, I started with LLTN—now I'm on MTN-HTN (I'm not sure)—and I feel a terrible emptiness you'll feel it too, because mentally you remain the same person.

It just bother me why surgeon didn’t advance me enough!
I go to therapy for that lol but not much difference

First, work on your mindset; if you don't change the way you think, you’ll likely never look at yourself with satisfaction—and the goal here is to break free from that.

Rhino would fix his downturned tip and fix the paranasal area in one go right? 2 fixes for one?

I don't think rhino can address the paranasal area. He would need an implant there. OP can also consider malar and infraorbital implants. I honestly think that the surgeon did a good job with planning, imho so far with what I've been seeing it's better to have a more conservative advance instead of a huge advance when there is significant recession in upper maxila and/or downward growth below LFII cut. And OP honestly doesn't look bad, his result is good.

Bro can I message you?

Not really. Isn't your biggest flaw.

Now go back to LLTN and you'll feel a tremendous suffering. It's called loss aversion:

Well maybe midly if I need to believe chatgpt but would it fix his nasolabial angle by changing his downturned nose tip to a neutral/positive one?

Yeah but after surgery you expect to get optimal result yk. Like perfect project and stuff but I guess it doesn’t happen often.
My biggest flaw is my nose

There's no such thing as perfect.

Weren't you the guy that asked ratings lately and everyone said your nose was your biggest flaw? But here you are, still focusing on minor maxilla things?

Yes same guy

No, your lefort 2 area is not recessed. If you already had bimax, that means they went conservative on you.
