I already asked my ortho but she said it was okay. Now my sleep is not the best, I cant Press my tongue quite against my palate and AI told me the same thing for multiple attempts - that its narrow. Now Im 18 almost 19 so If I dont get my shit fixed now it will be hell later.

Im Not sure If my ortho is focused on airway health and proper develop instead of pure camouflage tbh. Yeah, my suture is prolly closed so id need marpe or maybe even sarpe to get them Open again. If it was really narrow than widening It would improve my tungue posture and breathing a lot
