uneven nosebridge. with somewhat of a downturned lips by the corner of it. possibly due to you being bloated. (or baby fat is still lingering in your cheeks)
honestly, you look like an average guy. mind telling me your height? cuz you can get away scott-free even with your flaws if you're tall.
but either way, i suggest getting a dorsal rhinoplasty for a straighter nosebridge, and debloat, too.
