for my pushups, pullups and ab excerises i do high intensity to the point of failing and i keep going until i fail and for my compound movements i do 15-20 reps for muscular endurance. for cardio i do 10000 steps jogging on the treadmill.
also eating in a calorie deficit with high protien.
is this sustainable and good leanmaxxing method ? also should i train between the 812 rep zone for my compound movements ?
