Is narrow palate a falio?

I have a pallate similar to barret except my teeth are wonky. Is this a falio?

Yea but palate width correlates with lip width and fullness since the lips are attached on the alveola. Forward wide alveola= forward wide palate= Plump wide lips,short philtrum
