Depends if it's sickly-looking or elegant-looking, although most people (especially here) would argue lightly tanned skin always looks better.

Regardless, if it's your natural skin tone you should just learn to work with it rather than forcefully change it, since the only reliable way of changing it is tanning which will induce skin aging and cancer.
