I feel like there are 2 sides to this shit one side saying pasteurised milk is goyslop and has no fucken nutrients,also has no bacteria that can break down lactose and another side saying raw milk has 2x the nutrients as pasteurised milk so is RAW fucking milk cope or not

not goyslop but not ideal, just get cold pressed raw milk most stores sell it. not proper raw but better then pasturised.

I'm trying to find raw milk in Australia too, turns out yes it is illegal, however if you live near a 'farm' kind of area you can easily go and ask them to give you some and just pay for it.
