I already get a lot of potassium from red meat but I got potassium citrate supplements that are 100mg each and I'm currently taking 8 a day

how much should I take per day and how long does it take to fully debloat
i take a gram in the morning and it takes a few hours to fully see the effects around 3hrs, you could also take more if you arent fully debloated also eat low sodium and carb

O ly short term, your body will adapt and youll eventually be super bloated if you stop taking it while your kidneys readapt and at baseline if you do
