debloatingwhat are you taking it for?
Sauna, cardio, coconut, coffee, water and cal deficit
Your saying that if I take potassium chloride in the morning while having a good diet it can bloats me?Unfortunately yes it's cope, your body is really good at regulating sodium and potassium, if you overdo potassium you just fuck yourself and potentially end up even more bloated
If you are taking more potassium than needed, yes. Don’t listen to tiktok influencers, potassium does not debloat youYour saying that if I take potassium chloride in the morning while having a good diet it can bloats me?
wont help much it just slightly reduces water retentiondebloating
what could be a good way to debloat in the morning If I have a 12% body fat to not fuck up my electrolyte balance.I also dont have time to do cardio in the morning and I wont take furosemideIf you are taking more potassium than needed, yes. Youre thinking about it wrong. Don’t try to “debloat” per say temporarily. Instead, fix the cause of the bloat in the first place. It could be low water intake, too much sodium, diet too high in something you can’t tolerate, high cortisol or high estrogenwhat could be a good way to debloat in the morning If I have a 12% body fat to not fuck up my electrolyte balance(Im not taking furosemide btw)

It works but it’s just like limiting sodium intake to reduce water retention. So it’s useless unless you’re some sodium crack head
