Unfortunately yes it's cope, your body is really good at regulating sodium and potassium, if you overdo potassium you just fuck yourself and potentially end up even more bloated
 
have fun eating potassium everyday for the rest of your life, instead of just cutting out sugar/carbs

If you are taking more potassium than needed, yes. Don’t listen to tiktok influencers, potassium does not debloat you

what could be a good way to debloat in the morning If I have a 12% body fat to not fuck up my electrolyte balance.I also dont have time to do cardio in the morning and I wont take furosemide

Youre thinking about it wrong. Don’t try to “debloat” per say temporarily. Instead, fix the cause of the bloat in the first place. It could be low water intake, too much sodium, diet too high in something you can’t tolerate, high cortisol or high estrogen
