Is selsun shampoo a good alternative to ketoconazole shampoo?

Does it help against dandruff as well? Seems like a good product to use in the long run, but getting rid of dandruff is my main priority right now.

yes ketoconzole is for dandruff but it also helps with hair loss a little bit
