Hey

I wanted to loose weight by a Deficit but its way to Slow so I starvemaxxed for 2 days and lost weight fast but Quitten cause my Friends Tell me its Bad. So I want to do it again and want to know if it really is a bad way to get a better body.

should at least be hitting 150g-200g a protein a day whats ur bw?

If you're actually obese or noticeably overweight, hop on reta or Ozempic.

Otherwise just hit your protein, lift weights and do cardio, and don't eat shit.

Dont starve, you can fast or be in an agressive caloric deficit tho, starving for days is really not good.
Also do a lot of physiqal activity

if you're a retarded normie that doesn't believe in taking shortcuts just track your calories or go to a doctor to see how much calories your body alone burns (essentially your metabolism) and go off of that to do a 500 cal deficit max. If you're not retarded then blast reta. Haven't experienced hunger in almost 2 months, lost 30lbs, and have no issues other than non serious sides like nausea, diharhea, stuff like that.

if you can get yourself to starve for two days, you can definitely get a 500 caloric deficit. I don't know why you have to do that to yourself when there is a much better approach.

if you can get yourself to starve for two days, you can definitely get a 500 caloric deficit. I don't know why you have to do that to yourself when there is a much better approach.
agreed. just go 500 cal deficit for plenty weeks. fat will drop hard, if train and take good amount of proteine, you shouldn't lose any muscle mass either

Nope its absolutely bad because of the jojo effect as soon as u eat normal again u will gain everything again so stay in an deficit of abt 250-500calories do cardio drink much hit ur protein (1-2g per kg bw) hit 10k steps a day and GO GYM!!!!!
