1000 IU a day. From what chatgpt said thing like k2 are unnecessary at that low dose
 
valid i take 3000-4000 per day

may i ask whats the benefit of it though like what does it to do to the face
I evade UV light to reduce the skin aging, but since i dont get uv light, i need a source for vitamin d3 and im already deficient
