Is Taban the GOAT or are there better alternatives?

I had a consult with him a few weeks ago. His prices are exorbitant I'm NGL. I know he's one of the best but still there must be cheaper options that are as good as him.

Already getting fleeced for 21k on my rhino and don't feel like getting bent over and fucked in the ass again. How are the Italians (Pagnoni and Ramieri) for oculoplastic work (eyelid retraction, blepharo etc)
