These cuts are made so high that its literally shorten nasal base. This surgery has potencial to shorten midface because you literally remove so much bone. Results would be drastic. But I dont know how you will breathin after surgery. Btw unless you have gummy smile this surgery would be useless. The gonial angle is still the same, is the rest of the face that more upward and foreard than before and make the angle look better

Long midface is caused by genetics and mouthbreathing during childhood/puberty. It’s unfixable cause you should export an entire part of your skull to shorten it, and that’s impossible. Yeah sure face lenght increases with age but i doubt it will increase at age of 20. It happens later when we lose bone mass and density.
