the age old black pill discussion on the gym
is it "celling" (coping) or "maxxing" (ascending) to go to the gym
well my thoughts are its a mix of both, especially if you have the wrong intentions and dont know what youre doing
after browsing the forum for a while and seeing prettyboy slayers irl and online ill say that
the gym is not necessary for body frame
IF
youre a tall htn
if not then yes it could benefit you
but if you think you need to train like a bodybuilder youre coping
you really need a swimmers body thats about it
despite mainstream media
if youre short
DO NOT TRY TO BECOME BIG
it will only make you look shorter
and in my opinion
make it look like youre overcompensating
gym should be for health (its unhealthy ironically)
light weights and cardio maybe a little heavy for rep maxes
def not 6 days a week
