is it proven to work?
Check team3dalpha, he has some studies on the thing and the dude is high iq so its probably worth a try just do it right

You train it indirectly with most pushing movements and some pulling ( rear delt) movements as well.

that’s front and rear mainly. side which is the most important is not.
lateral raises every other day a good idea/ optimal?

also is neck hit enough through back training? or is isolation work needed?
