The tear trough implant is placed solely on the medial orbital rim, whereas an infraorbital implant is typically placed at the lateral junction where the orbital rim meets the zygoma.
Custom implants seem to be able to change eye shape a bit but not even in a good wayso its indeed giga cope for eye shape change or protruding eyes
agree, ideally pairing Lateral Canthopexy with implants will give better as it will tighten the lower eyelid. Its important not go overboard with implants, a lot of results i see look unnatural.Custom implants seem to be able to change eye shape a bit but not even in a good way
for good results you would need to pair it with lower eyelid retraction surgery or something like that but, honestly I think it would look uncanny at that point
Yeah tbh be conservative with both surgeries and I think you can get good, long lasting resultsagree, ideally pairing Lateral Canthopexy with implants will give better as it will tighten the lower eyelid. Its important not go overboard with implants, a lot of results i see look unnatural.
Depends, can u find a good surgeon willing to do it? Same with zygomatic osteotomy, both mog implants imo but there aren't enough results/competent willing surgeons. Mlf3/zygomatic osteotomy > implants > fillers.does modified lefort 3 mogs infraobital rim implants? there are no big price differences
