You can use lemon, it has 2-3 ph acid so might work similar to bleach

It takes time to see results like a couple months (at least 3). I don't think anyone has tried it for that long, thats why people say it's cope. You could always spam hydroquinone

1g NAC
1g glycine powder.

It hasn't done much for me.

On the other hand, kojic acid soap did lighten me about half a shade (I used it prior to starting the above stack). I use Kojie San.
