This low mtn bloatlord and many other dudes on TikTok think fruits and carbs are bad.
My diet is 30 % protein, 45% carbs, 25 % fat.
Are fruits like bananas and carbs like potatoes and white rice actually bad for you. I can’t eat meat only all day. How much am I missing out on?
I think I eat around a 150 grams of protein per day. But some do 200 grams.
