mastic gum is way harder than normal gum so it would be more resistant for your jaw to chew, basically will be a workout which will make your masseters bigger, and i suggest order online cuz its unlikely you will find as it comes from tree sap

just make sure to chew tough foods but don't clench, its bad for your teeth. Bonesmashing is an option too.
