Is there anyway I can fix my short ramus and bad lower third

I will get rhino for my downturned nose because it rapes my philtrum height too but my mentolabial angle is quit large and chin isn’t broad enough + short ramus how do I fix this

Best bet is mouth widening appliance or mouth widening surgery. Though I’ve read claims of the mouth widening appliance accentuating nasolabial folds.

Yeah sucks we don't have any evidence to to actually back it up.

Also forgot to add MSE or any form of palate expansion also increases mouth width, but the drawback being zygo expansion which in your case you don't really need at all, at least in terms of lateral expansion.

Zygo expansion due MSE is a meme. You’ll be extremely lucky to gain 1 cm after a gap of 2 in your palate

already been spammed on .me surrounding it, plus this photo seems pretty legit, especially if your young, just look at Ronald Ead hes in his mid-late 20s n he seems to have benefited from it.

So considering this.. do you really feel safe to claim and undergoo MSE with only a questionable RE example?

compared to your middle third perhaps, a bit of cw rotation would help to fix your apparent sfs, like copemaxxing's case you might have too much ccw rotation

but genuinely your ramus isn't short, ivé found different lighting affects how big your ramus seems.

impossible to have a short ramus and low gonial angle without a very compact midface while still maintaining proper occlusion (basically this is what you see in forward grown women, they have all three)

tl;dr you ramus isnt short, your chin height isn't too bad either, ur focus shouldnt be on jaw
