Is there anyway to reduce the size of my orbicularis oris muscle?

Wide mouth is ideal, you don't have to call it the fancy medical name btw the word mouth will do just fine

Orbicularis oris is skeletal muscle but lacks discrete motor unit isolation. You cannot “train it down” like masseters.

Only proven reduction would be:

Botulinum toxin (Botox) 2–4U per quadrant, total 8–16U,Will last 3–4 months, over time (around 1-1.5 years, will cause some atrophy)

To visually manipulate the look however:

Lip liner contour inward 1–2mm [Avoid hyaluronic acid fillers (they stretch muscle long-term)]
