Is there even a point working out anything except shoulders lats and neck at the gym

You don't want muscle imbalances.

They can cause posture issues and pain.

That's not even possible since arm and leg muscles don't even play into your posture

I find when I do heavy squats and deadlifts its much easier to lose/ maintain low bodyfat

They present a systemic stress = good for hormones & burn lots of calories

i dont think any woman likes big gymcel boobs for a chest. if you focus on your shoulders you will indirectly train upper chest anyway which is the only part of the chest that matters for appeal

I hate doing squats and deads. it only works your legs and gives you chronic back pain + getting them setup is a burden

when girls are asked what they find most sttractive its usually either shoulders or chest. obviously ur average gymcel with v shaped woman clavicles wont have an appealing chest, but someone with straight clvavicles will.

but i agree that uou should focus more on shoulders, actually i train upper body with shoulders 2 times a week and arms once (while also training shoulders)

Just lower body fat and do push ups pull ups squats
 
You should focus mostly on shoulders, chest, and lats. Do legs every once in a while to have an athletic look. Your main goal should be to have a wide shoulder to waist ratio.

You should focus mostly on shoulders, chest, and lats. Do legs every once in a while to have an athletic look. Your main goal should be to have a wide shoulder to waist ratio.
