I train 3x Times a weekbut i agree that uou should focus more on shoulders, actually i train upper body with shoulders 2 times a week and arms once (while also training shoulders)
Arms tooYou should focus mostly on shoulders, chest, and lats. Do legs every once in a while to have an athletic look. Your main goal should be to have a wide shoulder to waist ratio.
