Orbital rim implants, forehead reduction, cheekbone implants, chin implant, jaw implants, otoplasty (ears pinned back), canthoplasty, brow ridge filler, rhinoplasty, and paranasal implant.

Total should be ~70k.

I don't think I need any surgeries that move bones as my underlying facial structure isn't horrible. This along with lifting for a year or two and keeping my skincare should get me to CL at least if everything goes well.

Do you guys recommend I get these done in the USA (probably will tbh). I also won't be doing them for at least two years, I need to save up and make money.

Be realistic dude, focus on your biggest failos fixing those alone will ascend you heavily. Also I doubt you will ever have the money for this + Good chance of getting botched having all this shit + you’ll just make yourself look uncanny
