40mg anavar a day + 200mg primobolan a week + 140mg test

Safe as it gets, you can probably skip the test for your first cycle, I feel a test base is a meme for young people.

I finished my first cycle my next cycle is 20mg primo a week and 60mg anavar a week. No test.

Don't bother with the Arimidex on such a small test dose. Estrogen is good for you.

250mg Test isnt much. Do atleast 500 with a oral so you could get the most out of your cycle. You are staying on for around 12 weeks, so you might as well get the most out of it. the supression is still pretty much the same with 250 mg vs 500mg. The only real difference is the lack of gains compared to 500mg which is in fact significant.

I think im naturally low t, skinny fat body and mood swings so i want to reach the upper limit of normal with roids, i still need to book endocrinologist.
