I usually wake up at 10am, fast till 1pm, then I make this:
Kefir (gut health)
Electrolytes
Nectarine (carbs for energy)
Carrot (vitamin A)
Blueberries (antioxidants)
3-4 eggs usually, one slice of bacon
Tomato
Pills: Berberine (trying to regulate my blood glucose), High dose Omega-3, Zinc, Boron, High dose Vitamin D+K2.
Is this breakfast optimal? What to add / leave out?
